Information We Collect

Click Me In does not collect any personal information. The app does not require or support accounts or login of any kind, and there is no way to identify you as a user of the app.

In-App Purchases

Click Me In Pro is an optional, one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Forge70 Labs does not receive or store your name, Apple Account, payment details, or any other personal information about your purchase. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

To unlock Pro features and restore purchases, the app uses Apple's StoreKit framework to confirm with Apple that the upgrade has been purchased on your Apple Account or shared with you through Family Sharing. This check is between your device and Apple; no information about it is sent to Forge70 Labs.

Information Apple Shares With Us

Apple provides Forge70 Labs with aggregated sales reports through App Store Connect. These reports do not identify you.

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may also share aggregated, anonymous usage and crash data (App Analytics) with Forge70 Labs. This data does not include personal identifiers, and Apple shares it only from users who opt in. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Data Stored On Your Device

Click Me In stores a small set of app preferences locally on your device, using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to Forge70 Labs. It includes:

• Selected click sound
• Click volume
• Downbeat and regular-beat colors
• Pulse intensity
• Visual intensity
• Audio and visual feedback settings

If you use Click Me In Pro, the songs, sets, and gigs you create are also stored locally on your device. This includes song names, tempo, and time signature; set lists and their running order; and gig details such as venue and date. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to Forge70 Labs.

In the free metronome, tempo (BPM) and time signature are session settings only. They exist in memory while the app is open and are not saved unless you save them as part of a song in Click Me In Pro.

If you back up your device with iCloud Backup or to a computer, Apple includes app data, such as your preferences, songs, sets, and gigs, in that backup under Apple's terms. Forge70 Labs has no access to these backups.

Data We Do Not Collect

Click Me In does not use the microphone or record audio. It does not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or location information.

Data Transmission and Third Parties

Click Me In makes no network requests of its own, and no data is transmitted to Forge70 Labs. The only exception is the App Store communication described under In-App Purchases, which Apple handles through StoreKit.

The app does not include its own analytics or telemetry, does not include advertising, and does not integrate any third-party SDKs. Forge70 Labs does not share, sell, or otherwise disclose data to third parties through this app, because no data is collected or transmitted in the first place.

Children's Privacy

Click Me In does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from any user.

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
